Local Device Storage (Mobile Application)

The mobile application stores limited data locally on your device to improve performance. This includes:

• An encrypted authentication token stored in your device's secure keystore

Locally cached data (except the authentication token) expires automatically after 4 hours. All locally stored data is removed when you log out, use the Clear Cached Data option, or uninstall the application.

• Authentication tokens are stored exclusively in your device's encrypted keystore and are never written to unencrypted storage or application logs.
• Session tokens expire after one hour and are automatically refreshed.
• Device backups are prevented from including application data.
• Application logs do not contain personal information, passwords, tokens, or API response payloads.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

5. Your Privacy Controls (Mobile Application)

The Klaster mobile application provides the following privacy controls under Dashboard → Privacy:

• Clear Cached Data — Removes all locally cached data from your device, including profile information, addresses, cart data, and temporary invoice files. You remain logged in and data is re-fetched from the server on next use.
• Logout From All Sessions — Revokes your current authentication token on the server and clears all locally stored data. You will need to log in again.
• Delete Account — Permanently deletes your account and all associated data from our servers and your device. This action cannot be undone.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Locally cached data on your device expires after 4 hours or is removed when you log out, clear application data, or uninstall the application.

Our website uses cookies to ensure proper functionality and improve user experience.

Cookies are small files stored on your device that allow the website to remember preferences and maintain session functionality.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
